Who loves the horse loves beauty, class, elegance and the search in everything around it, in dress, in foods, drinks, places …
That is why we are talking about one of the most beautiful Italian islands: CAPRI.
No other island in the Mediterranean Sea lives up to the emotions and the atmosphere that only breathes in Capri.
Those who visit it stopped to admire the views over the sea from Punta Tagara, walked along the small narrow streets that cross the country and overlooking the splendid Gulf of Naples, with Vesuvius in the background on one side and the open sea on the other, leaving the famous Faraglioni as the last outpost before the sea separating Capri from the Aeolian Islands.
In Capri, called the pearl of the Mediterranean, it goes for its beauty, its sparkling nightlife, its cuisine, the hospitality of the inhabitants and because it is an exclusive, elegant island and away from the crowds of cities.
Capri has fascinated and attracted historical and famous characters for thousands of years, by Emperor Tiberius, who perhaps was attracted by the sirens island to spend his most precious time, continuing with other great historical figures to the present day with the VIP of the show, sports specimens, important names in literature.
The colors of Capri are the vegetation of an intense green, Mediterranean, beautiful greenery. Green like the emerald sea of Marina Piccola with its Faraglioni and the view of the Gulf of Naples, closed by the islands of Ischia and Procida.
The coasts of Capri are full of caves, but the most famous of them is the Grotta Azzurra, to visit with a small boat to enter and remain fascinated by the colors that can only be admired in this extraordinary cave.
The Grotta Azzurra
It was a young German, August Kopisch, who at the beginning of the 1800s was struck by the legend of Capri, he wanted to visit the island after having heard of some fishermen in Naples and was himself describing among the first the marvel of colors I encountered visiting the Grotta Azzurra.
He told this extraordinary and beautiful experience in a book that brought to Capri to the first European tourists, attracted by those magical tales that spoke of a beautiful, mysterious, elegant island.
Since then, Capri has become famous especially in the high-lying environments of old Europe, an island in which to escape the conventions of society and enjoy a magical atmosphere and in touch with the most beautiful and authentic nature.
In the 1950s Capri became a world tourist destination thanks to some films that are part of the history of international filmmaking by Clark Gable and Sophia Loren with the film “La Baia di Napoli”, Jean-Luc Godard in Brigitte Bardot and many, many others.
In these years Capri becomes the destination of the sweet life, the nightclubs that close at dawn, the madness of VIP.

An atmosphere that continues to repeat over the years without ever losing its charm and it is not uncommon to see even today, among the crowded little streets of the center, tourists walking barefoot, almost to perceive in a total sense the feeling of freedom and beauty of the ‘island.
In the years Capri has inspired poetry, tales, loves and even a particular style of clothing, what in the ’60s it was called “Capri Type”.
